MEISINGER Crest-Control 3D-Animation

Crest-Control is a Horizontal Bone Spreading System which allows for the predetermined and minimal invasive horizontal widening of the alveolar ridge in particular in the distal lower jaw. With the completely new horizontal spreader the alveolar ridge can be expanded up to a maximum of 5 mm. Subsequently, an implant of all current systems can still be used during the mineralization phase in the widened segment from which the osteointegration due to a highly-potent body growth factor of the existing callus may be accelerated. The Crest-Control Professional contains two additional Horizontal-Spreaders in widths of 3.5 mm and 8.5 mm.

Crest-Control ist ein Horizontal Bone Spreading System, das die vorbestimmbare und minimalinvasive horizontale Verbreiterung des Kieferkamms insbesondere im distalen Unterkiefer ermöglicht. Mit dem völlig neuartigen Horizontal-Spreader kann der Kieferkamm einfach und schnell um bis zu 5 mm verbreitert werden. Anschließend kann noch während der Mineralisierungsphase ein Implantat aller gängigen Systeme in das verbreiterte Segment eingesetzt werden, dessen Osteointegration durch die hochpotenten körpereigenen Wachstumsfaktoren des entstandenen Kallus deutlich beschleunigt wird. In Crest-Control Professional sind noch zwei zusätzliche Horizontal-Spreader in den Breiten 3,5 mm und 8,5 mm enthalten.
