Just like my sandbags, i havn't touched my kegs for almost a year, so after having a light shoulder workout (deload this week) i couldn't resist giving them a bash. The first keg weighs around 72/75kg. That went up really easy, and i could have pressed it all day. So then i thought i'd give his big brother a go.....and i didn't stand a chance! Pretty sure i can press it, if i just get better at getting it up to shoulder height. Any advice or tips with keg pressing would be appreaceated as i've never been able to press the big keg and would really love to nail it this year!
