I love this song. I had to throw away the first song I ever wrote because I realized it was too much like it. Someday, hopefully far into the future, I will find out that Ray or Dave paassed on and I will lock myself in a room with a bottle of Whiskey and all my old Kinks records and I will spend the whole day celebrating / lamenting their life and passing. Their music is very personal to me, I feel like they are my friends. They speak to me. Long live The Kinks !

Was this song ever released? My bother had it on 45, but I don't remember if it was a B-side or not? Brings back great memories of the late 70s when I was just a little kid and definitely my favorite Kinks song.
