EXPLANATION in ENGLISH

1) People shown here are NOT spetsnaz, they are candidates.

2) Only soldiers of an excellent discipline and marks in all the subjects are allowed for the exam.

3)Running 12 km through swamps, rivers, hills etc.

Then running in sandy mnts. Sand penetrates your gun = disqualification

Then assaulting the mount.

Completely exhausted you fight with real spetsnaz for 12 minutes. Non active fighting = disqualification. All the tests are one by one the same day.

This is not exactly spetsnaz. Its training and graduation of Vityaz. Not so elite suited for missions where there is low probability of survival.

this is exams for Russian National Guardia (inside troops) Special Forces (OMON,ODON, OMSN,Vityaz)-12km marathon in full equipment, than weapon must be in use, than sparring with instructors for 12 min-full contact
