    REGEN between 7&8, MIX between 8&9 and DELAY is around 12 o'clock

    If you mean 0:18>, that is Boss CS-1 with Ibanez CS9 (old '80s), single coil pickup. Nothing special. Now I'm using Ibanez BC9 chorus and TC Electronic Vintage Compressor with JTM45 clone amp for that kind of sound and it sounds much better.
