pt2- JUSTICE FOR MIKE NIDA! SHUT DOWN DOWNEY COUNCIL! STOP KILLER COPS!

Family & supporters of Mike Nida, "mistakenly" killed by Downey Police, 10-22-11, shot in the back with an MP-5 submachine gun at Imperial & Paramount. Downey PD admit to the media Nida was a "mistaken identity" but will provide no information to his family, instead remaining secretive to protect their police. This is not the first time Downey Police have killed an unarmed man with their MP5 fully automatic rifles. Mike was a 32 year old union carpenter and father of 4, walking across the street to the store when police accused him of being a suspect in an "ATM robbery". No information whatsoever has been revealed by the police or the city regarding any actual robbery of an ATM. Either way, Mike was innocent and murdered for no reason. No justice no peace!
