Ok so we have been without a shower or working facilities going on 30 days now. The park (Oaks of Thonotosassa) has REFUSED to fix this problem! The way it works is.

From house to drain = OUR problem
From Drain to Sewer = PARK problem

Florida state code states that ALL sewer drains are to be a minimum of 4 inches in diameter but preferred to be 6 inches in diameter. Well ours is 3 inches and is literally my hand length under ground, which is about 6 inches.

The state code enforcement said that the drain MUST be at LEAST 8 inches under ground and that gravel or any other legal support be placed under the drain. As you can see there is NO support under these pipes.

Another issue is that the park stated to us that its our fault because of a sidewalk that was installed by the people who lived there BEFORE us. Well I will show you in my next video about that supposed sidewalk. One its not even near the drain and two it was stepping stones.

Our fault? No. It clearly states in the park rules and guidelines that from drain to sewer is the parks problem which is where this is located.

This was dug up by some mediocre plumbing company and even damaged the pipe. We offered to show them the report from Ben Franklin plumbing and they refused saying they are professionals too. Well.....no your not if you think an auger can fix this.

Isn't life fun?
