Northern Ireland's First Minister Peter Robinson speaks after the signing of the undemocratic Anglo-Irish Agreement in 1985.

After 15 years of being on the receiving end of bigoted Irish terrorism without resorting to breaking the law to defend themselves, Ulster's British people were rewarded by Margaret Thatcher giving an enemy state a say in the internal affairs of NI.

The United Kingdom's most loyal citizens were betrayed by Margaret Thatcher who went over their heads to dilute British sovereignty and give the Irish government a say in Northern Ireland's internal affairs.

The same Irish government who were giving money to the IRA, allowing them to run training camps in the Irish Republic and refusing to extradite wanted terrorists back into the UK to face trail.

Thanks a lot Maggie!

  • After the English had finished their genocidal ethnic cleansing of the north of Ireland they had to move in many people from Scotland to live on and work the land. The thing most northerners are unaware of is many of these Scots planters came from blood lines going back to when the Irish Ruled much of Scotland under the Dal Riada a kingdom that influenced most of Scotland. In Fact this is why many Scots can still speak Gaelic. Also the term Scotti means Irishman. So Welcome home my Irish Brethren

  • So much respect for Peter Robinson. Wish he was still like this, standing up for Protestant loyalists.
