@aceslipknot Turbo timers came from petrol vehicles where turbo's are on boost maybe 10 - 20% of the time.
Diesel vehicles are on boost 40 - 50% of the time. Yeah, they stand to benefit from a turbo timer.

Excuse me for asking but what is the delayed engine switch for?
Thanks!

when turning it off, thats called a turbo timer, it allows time for the turbo to cool down, gives the turbo better life expectancy

there isnt any real need for a turbo timer on a diesel ? the engine and turbo arnt really getting stressed enough for it to be cooled down

any turbo vehicle is better of with a turbo timer, my brothers trucks runs at 30 psi, my land cruiser maybe a bar, like 11 psi so not as helpful as his, but still deisel trucks push more psi then most cars do, some even at like 50 psi, and yeah they do get stressed when your running that high of boost, would highly recommend to any turbo vehicle .
