Greatest? You can make a good case cause Edberg was a great, a champion. A class act and textbook volleys.... Sampras is the greatest . his record proves it... He didnt have textbook volleys but he had the power game with the volleys to finish off the point. And on defense he had the big forehand and a great backhand. Edberg had his era of brilliance 1988-91. Couriers big forehand rose the level of mens tennis and thats what hurt Edberg. The Power game. Sampras is #1. Laver#2

The best serve and volley player of all time. A truly champion, in and outside the court. Tennis is not the same without him...miss you Stefan!
