There was no exit hole. The plane entered the building, exploded, and was caught through the steel mesh inside the building.

Why is that funny?

When the collapse initiates at 0:20 why don't we see any 'squibs' or explosions prior to that happening?
We only see the smoke and debris start rushing out AFTER the floor collapse.

Where is the exit hole?
The fuselage of 767-200 is 5,6 meters diameter.
