  • @MrB4rbz I saw him tonight in concert, and he said it again. 300 days a year... crazy!!!

  • @MrNytn2001 Why do you say Chris Botti is an introvert at heart?

  • @MrB4rbz Chris, has an Apt.in New York in the meat packing distric. I was talking to him one time and he said that when he went to see the place during the day with the agent it was great. A great view of the Empire State Building and it was very quiet for New York. Then the first night he was there he could not sleep from all the comotion of all the meat trucks trying to get in and out from all the butcher shops in the area. He said he got use to it and misses it when not home.

  • I wonder if he's ever read any books by Henry David Thoreau. Chris thank God for your music! You inspire us all.

  • Got to meet Chris several times and what AMAZES me to this day, that he will stay until EVERY FAN gets an autograph or a picture at every concert. Also, I have been to a concert where he actually at the end of the opening song, had a whole row of people move because there were young kids sitting right in front of the large tower of speakers. He did not want to damage those kids hearing. He is TRULY a class act and a great role model for future musicians.

  • Chris Botti is the greatest. I still want him to come to Fairhope, Alabama....the crowd would be huge as we are close to Mobile, AL, Orange Beach, AL and Gulf Shores, AL..Pensacola, FL and 1 hour from Mississippi. Fairhope is one of two Original Colonys still left in America and was founded on the Arts....Many famous writers live here one being Winston Groom who wrote Forrest Gump, Jimmy Buffett and many others. We can get the crowd together here with the Pops Orchestra that is available.

  • I was just at one of his performances and he said he's on tour 300 days out of the year. Maybe he's living somewhere now?

  • he has amazing taste. I watch a blu-ray with his concerts at least once a week while studying for my grad courses. He truly inspires me to perform job at my best.

  • That is some valuable trumpet. He must travel with it as a carry-on or have a $2 million policy on it, LOL... But really, I love everything about it, from its mellow, almost whispering tones to its vibrating high pitches... oh, and of course Chris' outstanding talent is no less...delicious.
