If u put this toy in a vaccum chamber it should spin like....forever. Right ?

@Extremflyer It is known that in the vacuum has being spining about 30 minutes. But in the end always falls down. This is because a perfect vacuum is impossible and because the rotating magnet is not perfectly homogeneous. I think that also can be some electromagnetic induction that stops the spinning top
