The latest baby to become an Internet sensation is little Micah McArthur of St. Louis, Missouri.  In January of 2011, Micah's dad, Marcus, had just received a job rejection letter. When he turned the letter over to his eight-month-old son and started ripping the letter to shreds, the fun began.  Little Micah started laughing hysterically.  With each tear of the letter, the baby laughed harder.  Micah's father grabbed a video recorder to preserve his son's laughing attack - and later, he posted the clip on YouTube. 

By the morning of March 4, 2011, the video had nearly six million views.  Micah McArthur's laughing attack had become a viral Internet sensation and Marcus and Amanda McArthur, along with Micah, are becoming famous. The family has been featured in numerous media interviews and they appeared on NBC's "Today Show" on March 4, where Marcus told hosts Meredith Vieira and Matt Lauer that Micah's laughing video was the first clip they'd ever posted on YouTube. 

Actress Alyssa Milano drew attention to Micah's laughing video when she Tweeted a link to the clip in late-February, telling her more than 1.3 million followers, "If this video doesn't make you smile, check your pulse."  Within hours, hundreds of thousands of people had seen Micah in all his belly-laughing glory.

Marcus McArthur said on "Today" that he's tried to replicate the paper ripping, to see if Micah repeats his laughing attack - he says sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. The 33-year-old McArthur, a doctoral candidate in American History at St. Louis University, says he's also still looking for a job.
