Back before alliance mechanics had entered the game, this jovian guy came around visiting all the alliances. It was pretty cool. The story goes: he was testing this new teleport technology and it blew him up, and scattered his body across the universe. All EVE Players at the time got random bits of his body in their hangers. They had to collect them and give them back to the Jovians so they could re-build him. After he was re-built, he visited all the alliances - to say thanks I guess.
This is some footage of the Jovian's visit to the Xetic alliance. I'm quite proud of this video as I was the one who suggested the "X" formation.

Eve needs a serious overhaul on the entire UI in the worst way, if anyone else agrees with me send me a mail about your thoughts on it, because im going to make a very thoughtfully worded letter to ccp to tell them what's up :P. either that or make a massive post on the forums.

I guess its possible to get Joveian skills, judging by the fact that on the prerequisites list, it actually said you don't have the required skills. I assume they will be trainable in the next few years?
