Fox, James Cameron, David Cronenberg, James Doohan (Star Trek's Scotty), Margot Kidder (Superman's Lois Lane), Mike Myers (Austin Powers).
Not to mention many Hollywood movies shot mostly (or partly) in Québec :

It sucks that when people hear about Quebec, all they think is Celine Dion, specially in the states it seems..weve got so much talent that is unheard of, this guy is one great example.
