Lynn Nottage is some brilliant blessed - type
Where L. Frank Baum's "Wizard of Oz" and and Small's / Brown's "The Wiz" tell of
fear and fraud, Nottage's very most important work tells of scapegoating, suckering,
compensating and pacifying (and probably transference--I need seeing it again) that defines the borderline: will we fight in the streets and perish or will we spill water on
& melt the scapegoaters for profit and soar in a moral, scientific universe.
