@tovash maybe her bad habits was down to her not paying attention to the technique in class and not being focused, it all depends on how much you want it and how much effort u put into it, your only cheating yourself otherwise. i have been doing club ENERGIZE for over a year now and would never go anywhere else, the technique is second to none and i never stop learning at class!

cant stand tae bo it teaches incredibly bad techniques. had a woman come to the tkd (itf) club where i train and when asked if she had any prior experance in martial arts she said she had done tae bo for a few years and when it came to practicing on the pads she was really sloppy with bad habits picked up from tae bo but the instructor was really patiant with her and she has come ever since and brought more of her tae bo freinds to the club
