  • @branzilla The rate was higher during NON combat times..... where 30% was a good number. After the war started in '03 that rate would drop and short of being dead you were graduating.

  • When I went to boot in 1989, I don't remember getting a speech like this from our Senior DI. Surfing a few video's on YouTube, it seems this is a common canned speech from Marine Senior DI's. Any former DI's know if this was a changed implemented sometime after 1989? I know our Senior and the other DI's introduced themselves and said various things, but I don't recall this canned speech and the oath. I was 17, so my memory might be letting me down.

  • @alexanadam you're a stupid fucker aren't you?

  • Spartan training.

  • @usmcsdi69 Not everyone can recognize true compassion. People recognize the affection of a mother, but true love and compassion can only be seen in the discipline of the father. The mother soothes, but the father is hard because in his great love he knows he must be hard to strengthen his sons and brothers. This is the highest love. True compassion

  • @usmcsdi69 4 more weakleans disliked like this video. I'm glad they aren't in the U.S. military.

  • @alexanadam "There are only two kinds of people that understand Marines: Marines and the enemy. Everyone else has a second-hand opinion." Gen. William Thornson, United States Army.

  • @branzilla one or 2. just because they lost they're nuts in madness of skating.
