I think there is a huge group of voters, comprised of independents, disaffected democrats and even Republicans, who would switch from McCain/Palin if you start running tv ads that emotionally resonant in the hearts of millions of people who are repelled by those who have little regard for the cruel treatment and suffering of animals.
