Mother Meera receives thousands of visitors of all religions for darshan which she conducts in total silence. Her darshan consists of a ritual, where she will touch a person's head, and then look into their eyes. During this process, she reportedly 'unties knots' in the person's subtle system and permeates them with light. She doesn't charge any money for doing so and she will not give lectures. Mother Meera's reported task on Earth was in calling down a dynamic light-force from the Supreme (Paramatman - the supreme Self) in collaboration with other saints and divine beings, like Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, as she says, making spiritual progress on earth easier. A Mother Meera quote: "One common mistake is to think that one reality is the reality. You must always be prepared to leave one reality for a greater one." - Answers, Part I

  • What about Andrew Harvey?he was a follower of M.M but she asked him to leave his boyfriend and write that he had become eterosexual thanks to her. That's not a good thing.I don't know what to think.

  • @siver7272 Who knows how help looks. We don't know shit. Would Mother be against gay people? Or does she see who we really are? Do you think the divine is concerned whether or not we have a preference for men or for women? That's just human activity. Judging others to maintain our ugly self identity.

In the bible Jesus talks about the 'Golden Rule'; "Don't do to others... ect" Would you like others to judge you about your sexual preferences? 'God does not approve of homosexuality', do you really think that a loving God could have a non-loving judgement like that, and still be all-loving. Does that really make sense? Because actually, that would be impossible... than our God is not a loving God, but full of judgment, wrath and punishment. That's not God, that's people! That's us.

But you could say something like: the right morality against yourself (you, the ego) would be, you, loving all the time. Loving yourself and everybody else... that would be very helpfull... VERY! (but I wouldn't call it morality, never... morality is the opposite of forgiveness and love)
