Dave Lemanczyk demonstrates an advanced wrist rolling technique in his private studio gym. Lemanczyk uses a 2 3/4" thick roller for a technique that will benefit anyone involved in hand to hand combat, grappling, disarming weapons, and anything else relating to wrist control. This movement is best used with an implement that is as thick as a persons arm. It is because of this that Dave chooses to use a 2 3/4" thick roller. Dave Lemanczyk is an innovative trainer from Long Island, NY and is not afraid to think in order to improve the way things are commonly done.

@bigj408CDL Thanx man. It definitely is brutal yet doable. Over time I keep making progress with it which in turn provides dividends in all aspects of training/life. A bigtime movement for sure.

Bad ass!
I was looking for a way to add a roller to my rack (the safeties are squared) and this looks perfect.
