our only choices are those like Ron Paul who actually support our Constitution and the God given rights it guarantees, the rest of the politicos are puppets who serve their Illuminati masters, not the common people

We have opened a door but for now I still have to vote the lesser evil. Palin changes things in that that she is the first everyday American in a generation, the first person who is not an Ivy League attorney, not a career Washington insider, not vetted by the Brookings Institution and the Council on Foreign Relations and the CIA and Ellen Goodman, a person who works her husband's fishing boat and drives her own car to work and buys her own groceries, to be given a shot at leading this nation.

That's very true, but at the end of the day, it's John McCain who's running for President and not Sarah Palin. As for the chances of McCain dropping dead in office, I'm not betting on it.

The lesser of two evils in this circumstance is Palin? From everything I heard about her she's the most evil. Forget where she comes from her messages and stances are horrific. She's worse than McCain, I thought that'd be hard to do but she trumps him by a longshot. To choose someone like that McCain got worse also. It's gonna be soooo horrible for our country if they win.

It is odd how Dr. Paul appeals to hardcore leftists like yourself (?) and paleocons like me. Regarding Palin most of what is out there is pure leftist smear jobs, she is a Goldwater conservative. IMO Obama represents a political worst case scenario. Beyond his desire to exponentially grow our government into an Orwellian socialist utopia Obama has no respect for the constitution. McCain has pledged to appoint strict constructionist Justices, Heller was only 5-4.

Hey, use the internet gather info and do what your conscience tells you. That Palin is an outdoors(lady), can change a diaper and knows a barcode scanner @ the store, wow cool; Dick Cheney, hunts; Bush Jr. is golfin' fool; Jimmy Carter was a Peanut Farmer, Woohoo! Did Mayor Palin put the city into dept? Did she pass windfall taxes? Suggest a library book ban? Paleo R U sure or just 'McBama' gloss? Is she principled or pretty? I'm done w/both R&D 4 a trillion reasons. McCain/Obama NO Constitution

TOL, you may have just won me over. It often slips my mind how important Supreme Court appointments are. These have far more lasting effects than a four year presidency. As much as I dislike McCain, I may just suck it up this November and vote for him.
