That's very true, but at the end of the day, it's John McCain who's running for President and not Sarah Palin. As for the chances of McCain dropping dead in office, I'm not betting on it.

The lesser of two evils in this circumstance is Palin? From everything I heard about her she's the most evil. Forget where she comes from her messages and stances are horrific. She's worse than McCain, I thought that'd be hard to do but she trumps him by a longshot. To choose someone like that McCain got worse also. It's gonna be soooo horrible for our country if they win.

IMO Obama represents a political worst case scenario. Beyond his desire to exponentially grow our government into an Orwellian socialist utopia Obama has no respect for the constitution. McCain has pledged to appoint strict constructionist Justices, Heller was only 5-4.

TOL, you may have just won me over. It often slips my mind how important Supreme Court appointments are. These have far more lasting effects than a four year presidency. As much as I dislike McCain, I may just suck it up this November and vote for him.
