I just read an interview with Lauren Graham that there might have been another half season if she and the girl would have agreed to it. She also had to fight the writer of the final episode to add more emotion to the finale. She said it was originally written to casually. After watching the finale, I think they should have added EVEN MORE sappy stuff. It was good, though. but after all 7 years didn't the fans deserve a WEDDING that Lor didn't run away from?
