    hey! i feel a pain on the tip of what i think is the peronial (right next to my knee, outside) after like 5mins of running, is this some sort of muscle defect ? is it a injury ?

    Great video!! I constantly struggle with muscle strains in the poreneus from deep, back squats and I can't wait to try out some of these stretches and rolling techniques to see if I can get some relief finally! =)

    Holy shit, 2012 is so cool! I googled "muscles lower leg", identified the name of my sore muscle, the Peroneal Muscles. I googled the muscle, found the trigger points, got a golf ball and did the trick myself. Then went on youtube and ended up here for some nice advice on some nice exercises and stretches. Leg feels really good now :o) Thank you!
