the psp has flash(lite 2.0=java 6),but the 32mb internal memory is almost full,so sony can't update the flash player.

Because the PSP doesn't support flash. It's the PS3 doing everything (playing the flash video) and streaming it to the PSP (picture it as it was the tv).
