King Human, you mentioned a few comments below the SANYO HD1000 Can shoot in Blu-Ray quality, thats not exactly true as Blu-Ray standard is full 1080p, while the sanyo can only push 1080i, which is much lower. - Just thought I would point that out since your not a professional reviewer. Best stick to your slap head comedy.lol =D

Hello, KH! This is Edu, from Brazil. I few months ago I watched this awesome review you put together and I decide to purchase this camera. I love my Sanyo Xacti very much. It works really well, BUT I'm having a whole lot of trouble when it comes to watching the videos on my Windows XP PC. I've extensively googled about some effective codec but I just could't find anything that actually works. Now I come to you to ask you if you might have a solution to my problem. I hope you do. Oh yeah, and one more questions...is there record button on the remote control? Just making sure... I am planning to buy this camcorder for Xmas. Thanks in advance!

Yes and Yes. They have the Exacti 1010 now. Not sure what the difference is but go for the 1010 cuz its the newer model. Im sure yul be happy. I am.
