British Campaign #6 part4

3rd Battalion is now entering Caen along with B-Coy and performing a recon in force of the immediate area. Before entering Caen Bomber command pounded the hell out of the German positions but it only helped to make Caen more in-hospitable and help the Germans dig in.

Dislodging the defenders won't be easy but I've seen worse. The medal for this mission is easy with Priests and howitzers. Just hunt down and kill the Nebel batteries.

I notice you don't like using the infantry for frontal assualts, I realize the strategic value of saving units, but your vids always have to little bloodshed or your part!

British infantry are VERY expensive to replace, its just by design the British are highly defensive. Royal artillery is currently the doctrine and I can't really engage that defensive line till I capture the rest of the points and call in bombers.
