Well what she spoke was hope for the world. advanced nations feel the under deveoped ones will continue to be lungs of the world while they have a great party. Somewhere it will stop. And her concerns are very real. even if someone wrote her speech (assuming only) we needed a non diplomat to speak the truth, I mean be a bit non diplomatic and call a spade a spade.
