Changing Headlight in 2007 Tahoe

My technician friend was attempting to change a headlight in a 2007 Tahoe. Not very nice thing to do, but i watched him approach it the wrong way.

try accessing through the flap under the hood, in front of the battery tray. it worked for me. you'll have to snip the plastic cable holder to fold out the flap, but it's much easier than removing the grille.

This is a 06 or older! A 2007 is one solid light and not sepperated from it's running lights top and bottom.
