I decided to complete a half Ironman with only 12 weeks of training. I picked the Texas track, known as one of the most difficult due to its heat and hills!

  • Well done! Thanks for posting

  • not many people can compete in any kind of ironman. especially in small towns/cities. finishing in 6h27m sounds like a cake walk but this involves more work to it!!! i did my 50 miler in 12h10m :\ congrats though man, you look so damn good in action! cheers!

  • Three months to prep for a half iron is impressive and crazy. Good to know there's people like me. I plan to run this in June 2010. For know I'm finishing my season with an olympic.

  • Great job! Good luck in Madison last year - can't wait to see what video you come up with after that!
