This Fallout 3 Xbox360 save I created has a set of all weapons, armor, clothing, and head gear, (Rare and Non Rare), and all DLC items. and both house keys (Megaton and Tenpenny). All SPECIAL STATS are at 10, All skills are at 100. You are right outside the Vault 101 door before you create your character, So you are able to pick your skills and how you look/Race/Sex. You have many, bottle caps, bobby pins, ammo, and the like. You also have many droppable people and creatures like Jericho, Charon, Clover, Star Paladin Cross, Behemoth, Deathclaw, Brahmin, Captive, Gary, Giant Radscorpion, Yao Guai, CitadelBrotherhoodKnight, Brotherhood Outcast, Dogmeat, The AntAgonizer, The Mechanist, Doc Church, Cutter, Shrapnel, Pinkerton, Little Lamplighter and many more. Your home is at the Black Hall Manor in Point Lookout (DLC), Its been pimped out by me, My best work yet if you ask me lol. The only quests that were started/completed are those of Point Lookout (DLC). Save 6158 will level you to 20 and Save 6160 will level you to 30. Both are located in the below zip file, enjoy.

Below are links to the things you will need to make your own Fallout 3 game saves on the Xbox360.
Game Save Sharing
As of the System Update released on April 16, 2010, you can now use any USB flash drive or disc based hard drive to store Xbox 360 files (gamesaves, gamer profiles, gamer pictures, themes, etc).
You can have up to 2 connect USB storage devices at a time with a maximum allotment of 16 GB each for a total of 32 GB at a time. You can have more than 2 storage devices, but you cannot use more than two at any given time.
Sandisk is partnering with Microsoft to release a Xbox 360 branded USB flash drive in 8 GB and 16 GB sizes. These come already formatted to the Xbox 360 file system and include a 1 month Xbox Live subscription.
However, you can use any generic USB flash drive or hard drive, but you'll have to format it from with the Xbox 360 dashboard. Obviously, the generic USB storage devices are much cheaper!
HOW TO FORMAT TO THE XBOX 360 SYSTEM:
You can format the generic non Xbox 360 branded USB storage devices from the Xbox 360 dashboard under the System Settings in the Memory section. Just as you would format a OEM Xbox 360 memory device. Watch video clip below.

IN REGARDS TO MODDING AND OR EDITING CONTENT:
You will either need to manually decipher the content and the way it is set up or download a program that can access the Xbox 360 files on the USB flash drive such as the free program called "Modio". Which can be found on Game-Tuts.com.
Xbox360 Saves, Just rehash and resign using Modio and put the save onto your thumb-drive and then into your Xbox360 to enjoy and play

Just curious but how many hours did u spend code swapping to create this magical place.
ReviaTheStarf 1 year ago
This is the save that I put the most work into, Total time from start to finish I put close to 12 hours into creating this save. All my other saves I made in less than 6 hours. It only takes a few hours to create a save with all items and the like, The hours come into play when you start to decorate, It's alot of trial and error getting things to place/drop the way you want them on the Xbox 360. I don't even remember how many times I had to reload 5,000+

You can download stuff by adding them on a flash drive then putting it to your 360?

@Brian42093
I'm not sure if you were making a statement or asking me a question lol, But you are correct, All you need is a USB flash drive and the free program called Modio.
