I just sold a class a 30ft 1985 Sunstream.. granted it needed some work but had new refrigerator, onan generator, new tires, and was is pretty good conditiion for its age for $1,200... people want a arm and a leg for these things because they overpaid by thousands new.. idiots buy new and try to support the depreciation by charging allot of money for a used dinosaur.. I picked up one like this for $800 so keep looking.
