Unfortunately these highrise suppose to be modern buildings are going to be the breeding ground for criminal activites.
It is well known in the Western countries wherever there are highrises you will find all manners of crimes. Sadly the Kenyan govt did not take note of this.

they should plan this thing with intentions of seeing it develop into a self sustaining neighborhood. Spread the buildings a bit, build roads and sidewalks, leave spots for future business development, schools, and playing space for kids. Build it in such a way that people from other parts of the city would want to visit, spend, money and shop there. Imagine being able to say "Naenda kwa bar Kibera" . As it is they are just building a modern ghetto.

100 years after building the East African Railway Nubians and Indian coolies are still having a hardtime setlling in East Africa. We are still considered foreigners. Asians are better off than us- they live in parklands and decent neibourhoods in East African cities and towns built on lands allocated to the by the colonial govt.
Should we petition our case in Hague?-the land given to us is being taken away by the Govt.
