phsycologists say u r addicted if u consume something every 2 weeks or more without a 2 week+ break.
nothing wrong in being addicted if it doesnt cause problems but its still an addiction if your honest with yourself; I smoke it too but I am honest about the human condition even with self control unless u smoke it only once in your life then addiction plays a part in motivating consumption as does any pleasure, our brains reward system is intrinsicly linked to pleasure/ addiction.
