@warmachine- i think guy in illinois is exaggerating. all cars either last long or break down depending on their owners.
one basic fact that always stands is that ownership costs are a lot higher for rice burners than for domestics in the same class. (insurance, maintenance, purchase price, everything).
cavalier or civic? CAVALIER!
malibu or accord? MALIBU!
camaro or supra? CAMARO!
imports are overpriced, overrated and expensive to own. just plain HYPE

Just wondering how much did you get for it? Im looking at a 94` Z28 runs good, good body but trans is out for $600 Its got 170,000 miles though.

My uncle has the same car but its in mint condition and he put a black scoop on the hood and new back window cause it cracked. But it has a non working fuel gage. But has red interier insted of grey but has black. He keeps it clean with f-21 for the dash if u put your hand on the dash its silky and it glides. But it has oringinal radio but he hookek up a sub wolfer and a ten disk reader. Has 118k+ miles on it cause he has 3 other cars

yup yup! There was even freggin a type of cocking around the oil pan, they tried to temporarely fix it and sell it. Woked for a lil bit. Plus rings got fried. Oil pressure would drop like a rock. Over heat and everything. Long time ago, young, stupid.....yeah stupid. HAHA but getting a 97 z28 in may :) ....from a close frend this time!
