I WONDER HOW MANY BEERS HE HAD???????????????

Great exercise for strengthening the shoulder and adding velocity. After I had TJ I did this as part of my rehab. The additional shoulder strength and stability I gained from this took pressure off my elbow and helped me add velo. It has put me on a fast track towards the ultimate goal, the major leagues. All pitchers out there, do this! Use sufficient weight and really explode through the exercise. It worked for me, it will work for all pitchers!

You don't perform arm patterns on a weighted cable machine. You use a throw cord so you can add constant active resistance through the pattern. It's safer on the arm and more effective. This tub of shit has no idea what he's doing. He's so busy trying to look cool that he dosen't notice the kid isn't using his lower half properly through the pattern. Hey, asshole, if you want to hurt someone because you don't know what your doing hurt, yourself don't hurt a child that has a future in the sport.

How dare you post this and state that it is a "Revolutionary Baseball Workout" lol.

Probably the #1 Worst exercise you could do regardless of sport.
-
this is actually a bad arm exercise for throwing because it will slow down your arm motion

Not good practice!! Try throwing a 12 inch softball, a baseball, and a tennis ball in that order 20-30 times a piece. Don't try to kill it with the softball or tennis ball either, just long fluid motions and work on your form. The softball will help build strength and the tennis ball will help with the development of the fast twitch muscles. Its a safe way to gain some extra pop!
Wow that kids going to have a torn rotator cuff at 15. Kids please do not do this "exercise"

I hate over crowded gyms. I like doing Rocky IV workouts now.
