Hariri tribunal opens at The Hague - 01 Mar 09

The Hague tribunal in the Netherlands that is to try suspects accused of sanctioning and planning the death of Rafik Hariri, the former Lebanese prime minister, has opened.

But the main suspects are being held without charge thousands of miles away in Lebanon.
