Thank you for the comments everyone. @ YoGuy121... I had to use a chisel to get the mold out of the tank fairing. The molds were made of polystyrene foam and had to be destroyed to be removed. I used three layers of fiberglass. Looking back as this project, taking an extra step and making negative molds from the positive polystyrene ones would have saved a lot of time and effort from finish work.

totally awesome, i was researching a similar (albeit simpler) build myself and came across yours!!! wow flabbergasted is the word :) you've made me think again and i hope to do something more ambitious than i was going to do. TY so much for the inspiration.

Very nice bike =) I am planing to make something similar as school project next year. Maybe with custom frame because I quit small sized=) Where did you buy batterys and engine. What kind of batterys you have and how far can you go with a charge?

the ION is incredible man. very inspiring. i can't wait to start building my own ecycle! specs can be extended with financial means, but to me, the striking part of every motor vehicle is the design and yours is just awesome. for your wealth, i hope your design will go into production one day. i myself would not want this because i'd love to see more individual designs riding around in the future ;) take care!
