as a Parkour exercise, the cat-crawl looked like you were holding back, and that you could've done it faster.
however, if you were doing it, as you say, for a strength training exercise, then you should stay a lot closer to the ground, almost like a push up.

Damn. I wish we had some that beautiful European architecture! Everything is so boring and straight in North America lol. Its hard to find good places other than schools. Anyway its nice to see other females in the discipline. Happy training!

there was hardly any hesitation in the vaults, which is good.
seems to me like you need to work on upper body strength + climbups though.
oh, and it looked like you could've done the cat-crawl better too.

Aye, it was a while ago. Right about the strength, it has improved loads since then, but I still need to put a lot of work into the climbups. What could be improved about the cat crawling? It's a strength building exercise.
