Great footage from here in "A Guide for the Married Man" (1967).

My best friend and I worked at the ponyride mentioned in this video back in the early 70's, junior high & high school. We loved it! I can still remember all the ponies' names, and the Stars who brought their children there for an afternoon of sweet childhood memories. It was a great little Beverly Hills Secret !

Ralph Story had a simple delivery that was so effective. He did so much by letting the story take center stage. ...that was the secrit of Ralph Story!

Hey thanks so much for sharing. I cried like I had lost a family member when they closed it down. I loved the bumper cars and remember they had a tennis ball hanging down on a chain to check your height to go on it alone. And the ponys too. I remember how I loved giving a cube of sugar to those horses still in their stalls. The Beverly Center was and is still a curse. An ugly piece of concrete, plastic and steel blotting out the sun. Thanks Again fellow Beverlander.
