Pirai Vaca, bolivian music: Guadalquivir

Piraí Vaca is currently one of the most widely recognized Bolivian artists at a national and international level. His technical capabilities, charisma on stage, sensibility and strong belief in the spiritual and renovating role of music in life attracts new souls to the guitar. Here are some of the prizes he has obtained:

Fellowship of the Americas awarded by the John F. Kennedy Centre for Performing Arts in Washington.

The Most Outstanding Bolivian Abroad by the United Nations for Youth,

World Class Bolivian by the Latin American Press and the Bolivian Journalists Society,

Most Outstanding Bolivian Youth by the Association of Junior Chambers de Bolivia

Bolivian National Music Award granted by the Association of writers, plastic artists and musicians of Bolivia and the Bolivian Government.

Piraí has performed with his guitar in concerts in South and North America, Europe and Asia.

No hay que andarnos con esos comentarios entre hermanos, mi amigo. Nunca faltará quien en medio de su falta de conocimiento asuma que una obra/danza/ costumbre le pertenece; en todo caso es evidencia que la musica y la cultura no tienen fronteras, mas aun de dos pueblso como los nuestros que deberian estar llamados a ser una sola nación. Por supuesto que el Guadalquivir es Boliviano, bravo por ustedes.
