That means the she was cut by the boat's propeller when she just in the water.

The only reason I can come up with as to why they jumped out of the boat would be that it might of run out of gas, the boat might of lost power somehow, maybe the engine died from lack of air(when it submerged after it passed the dam), the boat didn't have the strength to push against the currents? Or they just thought they could reath land faster if they swam it rather than ride it out in a boat. I don't have a clue, but great episode. Thanks for uploading it. 5 Star

why don't they have some sort of "safety barrier" or fence or something to prevent everyday tourist and boaters from being able to enter these waters?
