HD nice one, all you need to do now is work on your lighting. Light from above will make you look tired & light from below will make you look scary. experiment a bit, maybe a table lamp covered if too harsh, white paper beneath your face just out of camera will cast some reflective light.

I'll still watch you anyhow, i love your accent + demeanour
