If the Veganculter diet is so good.......Mr Clinton should reflect that fact in the way he looks......at least over time he should look SOMEWHAT better, not worse. Even if the Vegancult diet was oh-so great....what percentage of the population would follow it......0.000001%...LOL. I know the only way MOST Veganculters keep from going insane and developiing severe nutritional deficiencies is by SECRETLY CHEATING......lol, snarfing down pizzas and burgers.

Just a comment. not to you but to all vegans and no vegans. IF you are a vegan and can´t build muscle is because you are a moron XD. I do a little research and see what gladiators eat. IS not that dificult to know that slaves do not get meat and gladiators were slaves. Well they where VEGANS, not for choice, because that was what they get. THey eat beans and barley. LOL Just eat black beans and rice and pump the iron.

@mrbuster1964 I dare you to take a long, honest look at other ways of eating that fall outside of your ideology. I have eaten many different ways, what makes me feel best is what I base my opinion on, that is the healthiest diet for me. I have tried low fat, high protein and just about everything in between. What works best for me is high fat/low carb with a lot of calories coming from meat. Look at Bill Clinton......a Vegan who looks like walking death.

MisterNutrition is disrespectful.
I too am a vegan and I practice taekwondo and I lift weights 4 days a week and I have no problems.
People don't want to accept that a vegan diet is superior to a meat diet.
I also served in the US Army and i'm stronger and have more stamina now at age 32. I was actually weaker 12 years ago when I was going through basic training. I know my increased strength and stamina is the result of my vegan diet.
Fools don't get it though.
