Empower ourselves spiritually via ASL

We must empower ourselves and the community with access to ASL spirituality!

TEXT OF VIDEO: I have always learnt everything spiritual from books all my life. That was my only source of knowledge. Along with talking with other spiritual via speaking and writing on the forums. I have very rarely discussed, learnt or shared anything spiritual via ASL in the past. I never really paid much attention to how useful ASL could be for me, to see concepts expressed visually via the hands and eyes.

Since creating DSN and watching so many vlogs on various spiritual topics, I have greater appreciation on how ASL has also allowed me to understand concepts via another layer, through another perspective, seeing it through a different lens.

I'm amazed how much more I still learn and enrich my spiritual knowledge.
That is when I began to realize how much we, as Deaf individuals, really need this accessiblity (ASL) for our spiritual growth. It should not be taken for granted. I saw how very little information there was on spirituality via ASL was out there. I strongly encourage as many of you to express, share, teach and question through ASL vlogs.

This will strengthen our knowledge base and help others ho only rely on ASL to not be left behind. We each are as deserving to have access to a wealth of spirituality. Nobody else is going to do this for us! Only we can empower and do this for each other! Let's move the deaf spiritual community upwardly TOGETHER!
