I took a picture each morning and afternoon of the cross stitch day. Took me around 8 months to complete, but I think it was worth it :)

    I'm doing the same cross-stitch, about half way through. Well done for actually completing it...it's taken me about 2 1/2 years :s (I have been doing a degree though). Looks awesome!

    WOW! As a cross stitcher of over 45 years I have stitched hundreds of projects. Some for me and some as presents. I also design my own patterns for my own use specialising in Celtic art, art nouveau and deco and Chinese characters. Everything I have created pales alongside this stunning work of art that you have created here. It is magical and I know that I would not have the patience to sew this myself. It is truly amazing. Thank you for sharing it with the photo's showing the progress.
