i got that plane too. But my propeller is heavy damaged. And i dont know how i remove it :/ Can Do you know how?

Unscrew gear case, get a grip on the pivot with small pliers and slowly twist off the propeller!!!

Seems your batteries aren't fully loaded. Charged with the remote control? I also had the Betty first but it never flew longer than a few seconds. Bought an extra battery loader but still the engines (there a two, right ;-) didn't seem to have enough power to get the plane into safe heights. It went better when I replaced the Ni-Mh batteries with LiPos- then changed to the P-38 which is easier to handle.
