They need to diversify thier economy and not just focus on the apparells sector. Also govt owned land needs to be distributed amongst the people so that they have a base to start from rether than just moving into a slum where they are even more vulnerable than when they may have lived in ultra poor villages... slowly but surely heading in the right direction
