Cops vs Commuters-- NYC 10-06-09-- 124th St & 3rd Ave-- Welcome to Bloomberg Country!

Three NYC traffic cops fill their quota while entrapping commuters in East Harlem. They also put a woman with a baby stroller in danger by forcing her into oncoming traffic on 3rd ave, as they block the box while giving a commuter a $115 ticket for blocking the box. They also refuse to give a citizen their supervisor's name, and one of Bloomberg's finest threatens to have the man recording the whole thing arrested.... Welcome to Bloomberg Country!

The millions of tax payers in new york are not enough. Bloomberg has found a way to fund all of his intrusive projects(Red light cameras/police drone cameras) and balance new yorks budget at the complete expense of those tax payers. I am a truck driver in NYC and the ticket writing in ny is completely out of control. It has become a prifitable business as oppossed to lesson in road rules. We should not stands for this. This is just another Bloomberg tax!!! His time ended long ago.

rule number 1 when a citizen asks for a supervisor your answer should not be " idk i have many supervisors" also your answer should not be " i can not tell you who my supervisor is" these 3 make traffic agents look bad all across NYC

Cops suck, no matter where you find them. Probably 10 percent of cops are not assholes to begin with, so when you give them a quota to fill, they'll screw the drivers every time.

For a guy that according to his video "just got a ticket", he sure had the time in getting out of his car to follow around the daily activities of a Traffic Agent in NYC. They don't make the rules, they follow it and enforce it. If you saw them confused at the end when you yelled to ticked the truck, its because they are not allowed to as its considered "goods". People need to learn and stop this JimmyJustice bs and get a job!
